I'm just
waiting on the test results to come back in.
As for RTC 213 1 had a small problem but it is in the process of being taken care of. I was told this guy gary was PE
certified, it turns out he is not. He has all kinds of certifications but not the PE.A guy from NES is working on getting a PE
out here for me.
Any questions please do not hesitate to contact me. Thanks
Have a great day,
Chris Young
From: Backus, Garrett<gbackus@sjgov.org>
Sent: Monday, September 30, 2019 11:28 AM
To: Chris Young<chris@premierfinishing.com>
Cc:Alaniz,John <jalanizl@sjgov.org>; Craig Walters<craig@premierfinishing.com>
Subject: RE: RTC haz waste treatment
Hi Chris,
We still need information for all of these violations.
Violation 109 can be closed with a legible, signed copy of the phase 1 environmental assessment checklist.
Violation 113- The plot plan needs details showing where the pressure washer water is stored and where/how it is
transferred to the treatment system.
Violation 213—The closure certification must be certified by a Professional Engineer. Include the PE stamp on the
closure certification.
Violation 214—The waste analysis plan still needs the details listed below.
Thank you,
Garrett
1
