Project No.013-10141
Page No. 8
hold at the laboratory. Krazan recommends that the deeper samples be analyzed to further evaluate the
vertical extent of contamination.
Analytical results of soil samples collected from the areas of the inactive wash drain located within the
southern portion of the site building and the active clarifier, wash rack, and drain located within the
northern portion of the site building did not reveal subsurface impacts that would require further
investigation. Additionally, concentrations of heavy metals detected in the soil samples, collected
adjacent to the clarifiers, drains, and wash rack, were below their respective ESLs and RSLs, and are
therefore, not considered to pose a significant threat to human health and/or the environment within the
areas where samples were collected and analyzed.
Based on Krazan's field observations and review of the analytical results, further assessment of the
inactive clarifier, located within the southern portion of the subject site, is recommended at this time.
9.0 RELIANCE
This report was prepared solely for use by Client and should not be provided to any other person or entity
without Krazan &Associates' prior written consent.
