GROUND WATER SAMPLE COLLECTION AND ANALYSIS <br /> Ground water monitoring and sampling of the newly installed ground water monitoring well will be <br /> conducted on a quarterly basis unless an alternate schedule or suspension of monitoring is approved <br /> by the SJCEHD. Ground water monitoring activities will include recording depth to ground water <br /> measurements and collection of ground water samples. Ground water sample collection procedures <br /> are described in Section 3.6. <br /> Monitoring well ground water samples will be analyzed by a State of California Department of <br /> Public Health (CDPH)-certified laboratory for the following constituents: <br /> • TPH-g and TPH-d by EPA Methods 8015 Modified; and <br /> • BTEX. 1.2-DCA, EDB, TBA, DIPE, ETBE, 'FAME, and MTBE by EPA Method 8260 <br /> Modified. <br /> 2.5. PREPARATION OF REPORT OF FINDINGS <br /> Following field work activities and laboratory analysis for the above referenced P-17,P-1$,P-19 and <br /> MW-5, a report of findings will be submitted as part of a quarterly report. The quarterly report will <br /> include a description of work performed and the results of the ground water sampling and analysis. <br /> Laboratory reports for ground water analyses,testing methods, laboratory quality assurance/quality <br /> control (QA/QC) reports. and sample chain of custody documentation will be included in the <br /> quarterly report.Conclusions and recommendations will also be included in the report,if applicable. <br /> The report will be in a format acceptable to the SJCEHD and the CRWQCB, and will be reviewed <br /> and signed by a registered California Professional Geologist. <br /> 3.0. FIELD PROCEDURES <br /> All field procedures will be overseen by an AGE representative under the supervision of a California <br /> Professional Geologist.Procedures for soil boring advancement,well installation,well development. <br /> soil/ground water sample collection,equipment decontamination and sample shipment are described <br /> below. <br /> 3.1. DRILLING <br /> Soil borings P-17, P-1 S, P-19 and well MW-5 will be advanced utilizing a truck-mounted,hollow- <br /> Advanced GeoEnvironmental,Inc. <br />
