(AGE) at the AGE office to review the status of the 4100 <br /> Fremont Strcct Site in Stockton, California. <br /> HID presented its view of the current state of the site assessment and addressed the <br /> following concerns: <br /> • EHD directed that quarterly groundwater monitoring Continue to remain in <br /> compliance with regulatory requirements. <br /> • The major contaminant of concern at this site is 1,2-dichloroethane (1,2-DCA). <br /> EHD explained that 1,2-DCA has been found in several monitoring wells at a <br /> concentration about the maximum contaminant levels (MCL) of the drinking <br /> water standards adopted by the California Department of Health Services. <br /> • EHD noted that there is contamination at 40 feet below surface "rade (bs,,) and <br /> requested that a fate and transport model be submitted to assist in this site <br /> investigation. <br /> • EHD expressed concern for a potential impact of contamination to off-site <br /> domestic wells and recommended sampling several domestic wells nearby. <br /> By telephone on June 25, 2003, Vicki McCartney of EHD directed Tim Cuellar of AGF <br /> to collect groundwater samples from three domestic Wells it the following locations: <br /> • 503 North Oro Avenue <br /> • 451 North Lillian Avenue <br /> • 452 North Lillian AVC11LIC <br /> By way of e-mail to AGE on January 4, 2004, and June 3, 2004, EHD requested that <br /> analytical data for groundwater samples collected at this site be C1CCtr011jCallV SLL11111itted <br /> to Geotracker -- the California State Water Resources Control Board clatahase program. <br /> To date, analytical clata have not been submitted to Geotrackcr.
