You are directed to submit analytical and field data from previous and <br /> current groundwater monitoring events by August 5, 2005, <br /> On January 23, 2004, groundwater samples were collected at this site. To date, EHD has <br /> not received a report of findings from this sampling event. EHD directs you to submit <br /> this report to EHD by .lune 7, 2005, and continue quarterly groundwater monitoring in <br /> accordance with Section 2652 (d) of the California Code of Regulations, Title 23, <br /> Division 3, Chapter 16. Notify Vicki McCartney of EHD at least forty-eight hours prior <br /> to any fieldwork. <br /> Submit the fate and transport model, and groundwater analytical results for total <br /> petroleum hydrocarbons as gasoline (TPH-g); total extractable petroleum hydrocarbons <br /> as diesel (TEPI-1-d); benzene, toluene, ethyl benzene, total xylenes (BTEX); methyl <br /> tertiary butyl ether (MTBE), ethyl tertiary butyl ether (ETBE), di-isopropyl ether (DIPE), <br /> tertiary amyl methyl ether (TAME), tertiary butyl alcohol (TBA), 1,2-dibromoethane <br /> (EDB), and 1,2-DCA for samples collected from the three domestic wells to EHD by <br /> August 5, 2005.
