CHRONOLOGY <br /> Ace Tomato Company incorporated <br /> Page 3 <br /> 11/17/06 Kiff Analytical LLC reported dodecane taken from the Tentatively <br /> Identified Compound search at estimated values of 5.6J gg/L for <br /> groundwater samples. collected from B-1, 3.4J �ig/L for groundwater <br /> samples collected from B-2, and less than 2.0 pg/L for groundwater <br /> samples collected from B-4. <br /> 11/27/06 Date of letter sent by,. the EHD directing a closure/no further action <br /> required report (NFAR)be prepared. <br /> 01/19/07 Date of letter sent by the EHD directing an evaluation of Environmental, <br /> Screening Levels '(ESLs), California Human Health Screening Levels <br /> (CHHSLs) and the potential for vapor intrusion into buildings located <br /> onsite and extending the date for receiving the NFAR report from January, <br /> 31, 2007, to May 25, 2007. <br /> 02/27/07 Date of Additional Site Assessment Work Plan submitted by Advanced <br /> GeoEnvironmetal, Inc. proposing the advancement of three soil borings <br /> for the collection of soil gas samples. <br /> 03/19/07 The EHD approved the work plan for collecting three soil gas samples and <br /> directed that groundwater samples be collected from each onsite <br /> industrial/irrigation well and analyzed for contaminants of concern. <br /> 04/06/07 Three soil gas samples-were collected onsite and groundwater samples <br /> p � P <br /> were collected from one drinking water well and two irrigation wells. The <br /> well water results were all non-detect. <br /> 05/23/07 The EHD extended the date for receiving the NFAR-report from May 25, <br /> 2007,-to July 25, 2007. <br /> 05/25/07 Three soil gas samples were recollected onsite and analyzed at laboratory <br /> detection limits below ESLs and CHHSLs_ <br /> 07/24/07 Date for No Further Action Required Request Report. This report <br /> included the results from soil gas sampling and analysis and concluded <br /> that vapor intrusion does not appear to pose a threat at this site. <br /> 10/17/07 Date EHD staff discussed the site with CVRWQCB staff for potential site <br /> closure concurrence. <br /> 03/04/08 Submitted Chronology and Case Closure Summary to the CVRWQCB. k <br /> 04/02/08 Received concurrence from the CVRWQCB for No Further Action <br /> Required. i <br />
