"This End Up" markings properly placed <br /> ii <br /> 6.PAPERWORK <br /> After packages are closed to spec and properly labeled,the shipping paperwork must be completed. <br /> A.Manifest/Bill-of-Lading <br /> Using the completed inventory sheets, the manifest or bill-of-lading will need to be filled out <br /> with the appropriate information, which can be found on the back of the manifest. If applicable, <br /> certain information may need to be included, but not limited to, such as: <br /> Section 9b: USDOT Description <br /> 1. Poison Inhalation Hazard Zone information <br /> 2. Special Permit number <br /> Section 14: Special Handling Instructions and Additional Information <br /> 3. Drum# (required for every manifested line) <br /> 4. Process Code (required for every manifested line) <br /> 5.
