Since our inspection,we have had 2 waste pickups since the county inspection and <br /> both manifests have already been sent in. <br /> CCR 66262.40 Failed to keep signed copy of manifests from the designated facility for three years <br /> We have an established policy now in place to insert all manifests into designated files. <br /> These files will be keep in file boxes by year. We have attempted to locate the past 3 <br /> years of manifests. Unfortunately, due to filing practices of previous employees,we <br /> were not able to locate many of them.The new established policy will prevent this issue <br /> from reoccurring. <br /> CCR 66262.42 Failed to comply with uniform hazardous waste manifest exception requirements <br /> We have an established policy now in place to insert all manifests into designated files. <br /> These files will be keep in file boxes by year.The manifests are now being reviewed for <br /> any missing returned manifests.Any unmatched manifests will now be sent to: <br /> DTSC Report Repository <br /> Generator Information Services Section <br /> P 0 Box 806 <br /> Sacramento, CA 95812-0806 <br /> The missing manifests will be sent to the above address within 45 days of the date the <br /> waste was first picked up from our site. .
