CCR 66265.16 Failed to complete training on hazardous waste management and emergency <br /> response procedures <br /> Training on the above topics took place on April 26, 2018. All training records are now <br /> kept in the files we established for the manifests. <br /> CCR 66265.16 Failed to maintain complete personnel training records <br /> The training records for individuals are now being kept in the files we established for the <br /> manifests. We have a signed roster sheet as well as signed test results. <br /> HSC 25160.2 Failed to keep copies of consolidated manifesting receipts for three years <br /> We have an established policy now in place to insert all manifests into designated files. <br /> These files will be keep in file boxes by year. 3 years of manifests will be stored on site, <br /> then moved to our off-site storage facility. <br /> HSC 25160.2 Consolidated manifest receipts failed to contain complete information <br /> All manifests are now being inspected for complete information prior to signing the <br /> manifests. <br /> CCR 66265.31 Facility not maintained to minimize the release of a hazardous waste <br /> A thorough cleaning of our storage area has been completed. Please see the attached <br /> pictures. We have also added absorbent socks to the perimeter of the storage area to <br /> contain a possible spill to the storage area. <br /> CCR 66265.173 Failed to keep hazardous waste containers closed except when adding or removing <br /> hazardous waste <br /> Training was completed on April 26, 2018 on proper handling and storage of hazardous <br /> waste. We have also implemented an inspection process that includes inspecting that all <br /> container lids are properly attached to containers. <br /> CCR 66265.34 Failed to completely label stationary hazardous waste tanks <br /> Had meeting with World Oil management to review labelling practices of their drivers <br /> on April 16, 2018. Drivers have been educated about the requirements of tank labelling <br /> and our employees are now trained on the requirements. We now have labelling for <br /> stationary and mobile drain tanks inspected routinely. <br /> CCR 66265.195 Failed to conduct daily inspections of hazardous waste tank system and maintain <br /> records onsite. <br /> A log sheet has been created for daily inspections of our tanks.The log sheets are kept <br /> in a binder by month and at the end of the year, will be added to our designated file box <br /> and will remain onsite for the 3 year requirement. <br />
