Immediately place all filters in properly closed and labeled <br /> containers and ensure that all used oil filters are managed in this way. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD, along with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation along with any supporting <br /> paperwork by May 6, 2016. <br /> Documents provided: Return to Compliance Certification form, schedule of free CUPA classes, sample <br /> hazardous waste label. <br /> Please be aware as of January 1, 2013, all businesses are required to submit all hazardous materials <br /> information online to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov.
