<br /> Submit the complete NOI, supplemental information, and the fust annual fee in the form a check payable to
<br /> State Water Resources Control Board to the appropriate Regional Board office. The fee shall be that
<br /> required by the current version of the California Code of Regulation, Title 23, Division 7, Chapter 9, Waste
<br /> Discharge Report and Requirements, Article 1, fees for discharge for a Threat to Water Quality and
<br /> Complexity ranking of 3B.
<br /> For projects within Alameda, Alpine, Amador, Calaveras, Colusa, Contra Costa, El Dorado, Glenn
<br /> Lake, Napa, Nevada, Placer, Sacramento, San Joaquin, Sierra, Solano, Sutter, Yolo, and Yuba
