If the data <br /> provided is from a different project location , the provided information <br /> needs to support that the tested site is substantially similar to the <br /> proposed project site in regards to soil properties and makeup. <br /> E Geolo H dro <br /> gy/ y geology: <br /> i) A description of the geology/hydrogeology of the site and surrounding <br /> area within '/ mile of the site . <br /> ii) Geologic cross-sections through the site , both perpendicular and <br /> parallel to the groundwater flow direction . <br /> iii) Table of monitor wells in the vicinity including as-built information . <br /> F Groundwater Information : <br /> i) Narrative description of the occurrence and quality of groundwater at <br /> the site, including upgradient and downgradient conditions <br /> ii) A figure depicting groundwater monitor wells/piezometers and water <br /> supply wells <br /> iii) Figures showing groundwater potentiometric surface maps for each <br /> layer of interest. <br /> iv) Figure showing water supply wells within 1 -mile of the project location , <br /> along with any available information regarding construction , use and <br /> pumping rates. <br />
