You are correct; they are not 'ozone injection wells', they were
historically used as oxygen injection wells for an iSOC system (not to be confused with ozone injection, an ISCO remedial
approach).
From: Gabriel Gonzalez [EH] Finailto:gagonzalez(&Sjcehd.com]
Sent: Thursday, February 12, 2015 2: 23 PM
To: Scott
Cc: Angelica Sandoval Marin [EH]
Subject: 1817 S Fresno Ave., Stockton
Hi Scott,
After review of Semi-Annual Groundwater Monitoring Report- Third Quarter2014,which has been received on
GeoTracker, there are a few items to address:
? Figure 1, Site Location Map, indicates "site" at the incorrect location . Please correct in future reports.
? Table 1, Well Construction Summary: there is a slight discrepancy between screened interval for MW-4 between
the information on the table (5-19 feet), the bore log (shows 5-20 feet), and our inspection record (indicates 4-
19 feet). Please correct as necessary in future reports.
? Figure 2, Site Plan's legend, indicates "IW-1" well as "ozone injection well location" . After brief review of the site
history, it appears ozone injection has not been performed at the site. Please clarify.
Sincerely,
Gabriel Gonzalez
San Joaquin County
Environmental Health Department
1868 East Hazelton Avenue
Stockton, California 95205
Phone: (209) 468-3442
Email : Baeonzalez@sicehd.com
i
i
1
