Well 5 contained water during the first and second quarters but was dry during the third and fourth quarters. Well 4,the background well, contained water in each quarter of 2012. The water level elevation in Well 4 declined 3.07 feet relative to its position in the fust quarter of 2012. The decline in Well 5 over the same interval was 2.73 feet. Figure 2 is a hydrograph of Well 4. The annual highest elevation of the water table(assumed to be represented by second quarter measurements)declined about 9 feet since 2003 or about 1 foot per year.
