Well 5 contained water <br /> during the first and second quarters but was dry during the third and fourth quarters. <br /> Well 4,the background well, contained water in each quarter of 2012. The water level <br /> elevation in Well 4 declined 3.07 feet relative to its position in the fust quarter of 2012. <br /> The decline in Well 5 over the same interval was 2.73 feet. Figure 2 is a hydrograph of <br /> Well 4. The annual highest elevation of the water table(assumed to be represented by <br /> second quarter measurements)declined about 9 feet since 2003 or about 1 foot per year. <br /> The monitoring wells were designed to intersect the uppermost 10 feet of saturated <br /> 2 <br />
