U P-92-23 <br /> CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL, <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all the Conditions of Approval shall be futfilled prior to the issuance of <br /> any building permits and prior to the Initiation of the use_ <br /> This approval will expire IS months from the effective date of the-approval unless (1) all Conditions <br /> of Approval have been compiled with, (2) all necessary building permits have been secured and <br /> remain In force, and (3) ail necessary permits from other agencies have been secured and remain <br /> In force. <br /> Those Conditions followed by a Section Number or other Statutory Requirement are based on <br /> Ordinance requirements. Ordinance Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> 1. DE%/EL OPMEN7SERViCES DNIStON: <br /> a_ This approval shall be for the sorting and shipping of damaged canned goods within an <br /> existing 60-fact by 120-foot warehouse_ <br /> b. The facility shall only process thosa canned goods that have-been purchased from <br /> canneries_ <br /> c. There shall be no outdoor storage of canned goods, pallets, or equipment associated <br /> with the approved use. There shall be no outdoor activities associated with the approved <br /> use_ <br /> d. The applicant shall secure a Business License prior to issuance of the Certificate of <br /> Occupancy and initiation of the apircved use. (Section 7-1000 of the County Ordinance <br /> Code) <br /> e. An Improvement Plan showing drainage,driveway accer,details, on-site parking, existing <br /> and proposed utility services, and grading shall be submitted to the Development <br /> Services Division for approval. Storm drainage shall be retained on the site, and <br /> provisions shall be shown on the Improvement Plan. (Section 9-10002 of the Planning <br /> i tale) <br /> A minimum of seven automobile parking spaces snail be provided for the approved use. <br /> lie spaces shall be insailed and designated prior to issuance of the CaRricata of <br /> Occupancy and initiation of the approved use_ Parking details and locations shall be <br /> consistent with Section 99-3702 of the Planning -Mfe and be shown an the Improvement <br /> Plan. <br /> g. One off-street truck loading space shall be required for the approved use and be shown <br /> an the Improvement Plan. (Section 93705 of the Planningtale) <br /> -I- <br />
