If the proposed operation creates any wastewater and the wastewater is stored in the <br /> site's existing wastewater holding ponds,the operators of the plant shall develop a vector <br /> management plan which includes the following items: <br /> (1) Wastewater ponds shall be maintained free of vegetation at all times. <br /> (2) Any debris collected in or on the pond's water surface shall be removed on a <br /> regular basis. <br /> (3) Pond levees and road pads shall be maintained to support vector control and <br /> maintenance equipment- <br /> (4) <br /> quipment(4) Organic solids shall be separated from wastewater before entering wastewater <br /> storage ponds. <br /> 5. W000SRIDGE RURAL FIRE PROTECTTON DISTRICT. <br /> a_ All sections of the Uniform Fire Code regarding aisle width and 'height of pallets shall be <br /> met. <br /> b. The placement of portable extinguishers shall be as directed by the Woodbridge Fire <br /> Marshall. <br /> o. SAN JOAQUIN VALLEY UNIFIED AIR POLLU7CN CONTROL DIS TRIC a: <br /> a_ The applicarrt shall comply with the Districts Dust Control Practices during any <br /> construction and grading on the site_ <br /> b. i ne applicant shall apply for an Authority to Construct and a Permit to Operate if the <br /> operation will include equipment that has the potential to emit air pollutants or has <br /> emissions controlling equipmerrt. It is the responsibility of the applicant to be in <br /> comoliance with the District's Rules and Regulations prior to operation. <br /> -3- <br />
