Please report 1,2-DCA and EDB at 0.5 <br /> micrograms per liter(µg/L), if possible. Also,method blank results must be reported for <br /> every comiound reported. <br /> By letter dated August 31, 2004,EHD directed you to submit a well survey report by <br /> October 8, 2004. EHD has not received the well survey report;however, during a <br /> telephone conversation between Daniel Kalmbach of AGE and Vicki McCartney of EHD <br /> on October 29, 2004, AGE informed EHD that the well survey report has been prepared <br /> and will be delivered to EHD by Friday,November 5, 2004. <br /> By letter dated August 31, 2004,EHD directed you to prepare and submit an interim <br /> corrective action plan by October 28,2004. AGE requested an extension during a <br /> telephone conversation with Vicki McCartney of the EHD on October 29, 2004. <br /> Considering the very high concentrations of chemicals of concern found at this site, and <br /> your lack of response to directives from EHD during this past year, EHD is directing you to <br /> submit a work plan by November 19, 2004 that addresses feasibility testing at this site. If a <br /> work plan for interim remediation feasibility study cannot be submitted by this date, <br /> provide a reasonable date when EHD will receive this work plan. Failure to comply may <br /> result in formal enforcement action by the San Joaquin County District Attorney's Office <br /> and/or the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board. <br /> Please submit a health and safety plan(HSP)prior to any fieldwork. EHD is not able to <br /> locate any previously submitted HSP specifically for this site. <br /> Please continue the quarterly groundwater monitoring and submit the reports to EHD <br /> within thirty days of each monitoring event. Laboratory analytical results prior to 2004 <br /> have not been electronically submitted to GeoTracker—the State Water Resources <br /> Control Board database program. Electronic transmission of prior laboratory analytical <br /> results to GeoTracker must be initiated immediately.
