THORNTON 76 <br /> 8606 THORNTON RD SR0081099 <br /> STOCKTON , CA 95209 <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department ( EHD ) has completed the review of <br /> the application for a permit to do the following on the underground storage tank ( UST) system at <br /> the above noted address . <br /> - Replace existing dispensers <br /> - Replace one dispenser to E85 <br /> - Install conversion frames <br /> - Convert 89 tank to E85 <br /> - Install E85 overfill prevention valve <br /> - Install E85 pressure line leak detector ( PLLD) <br /> - Install new sump sensor <br /> - Possible cold start <br /> The permit has been approved with the following conditions : <br /> 1 . Contact the local fire department and the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control <br /> District for any applicable permits and requirements . <br /> 2 . Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for approval <br /> prior to commencing work . All new addenda supersede the previous ones . <br /> 3 . Contact Paul Nso at (209) 468-3432 to arrange the following appointments ( a 48 - hour <br /> notice is required for inspection appointments ) . <br /> • Overfill prevention verification : Measurement of drop tubes to verify 95 % tank volume <br /> shut off and/or verification that external audible/visual alarm activate when tank is <br /> 90 % full . Verification of flapper functionality . Ensure that all pertinent tank charts and <br /> calculations are available for review at the time of inspection <br /> • Verification that ball float (s) , if installed , do not interfere with the installed flapper valve . <br /> • Verification of the installation of conversion frame per manufacturer instructions . <br /> • Leak detector test : Leak detector must be tested to confirm that the device can detect <br /> a leak of 3 gallons per hour at 10psi . Leak detector monitoring line volumes shall be <br /> appropriate for the make and model of the installed leak detectors , and shall be <br /> verified at the time of inspection . <br /> 1868 E .
