The following is an itemized list of underground storage tank violations that have not <br /> been addressed for NATIONAL PETROLEUM MANTECA as of December 16 , <br /> 2020 . <br /> Open violations from September 21 , 2020 inspection <br /> XThis violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by ( date) : <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation : John Fahy from Fuel Systems Consulting checked <br /> fitting for tightness , removed liquid into onsite drum . No leaks have been detected ever since . <br /> Violation #306 - Water in secondary containment not removed , analyzed , and properly disposed of ( pre-Jul <br /> 2003) . <br /> OBSERVATION : Approximately 3 cups of liquid was observed in the 91 STP sump . <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE : If water could enter into the secondary containment by precipitation or infiltration , it <br /> must be removed and disposed of properly . <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION : The service technician removed all liquid from the 91 STP sump . Ensure that all sumps <br /> and annular spaces are maintained free of liquid . <br /> XThis violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by (date) : <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation : <br /> Violation #318 - No spill bucket, failed to contain 5 gallons , no means to keep it empty , or failed to be <br /> tested . <br /> OBSERVATION : The B20 biodiesel direct-bury spill container failed when tested . <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE : All spill containers shall have a minimum capacity of five gallons and be capable of <br /> containing a spill or overfill until it is detected or cleaned up . <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION : Immediately discontinue deposition of petroleum into this tank until the component is <br /> repaired or replaced by a properly licensed , trained , and certified contractor under permit and inspection of the EHD . <br /> If the spill container can 't be replaced immediately , there is a possibility that the biodiesel UST system may be red <br /> tagged to prevent fuel inputs . <br /> This violation was corrected This violation will be corrected by (date) : 1 /31 /2021 <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation : Fuel System consulting visited site and provided quote <br /> but they are too busy with other large works that they can ' t come to site to fix it . We tried many more <br /> contractors but no one has provided us a date to fix it yet . Finally Service Statio systems have visited <br /> and agreed to get work done by 1 /31 /21 .
