Street Improvements <br /> 1 . All streets shall be paved and improved after utilities <br /> are installed in' accordance with City of Tracy Standard <br /> Specifications in effect at the time of .recordation of <br /> Parcel Map. <br /> .i <br /> 2 . Paving design and construction control shall be based <br /> on State of California "R" value method, using Traffic <br /> Indices approved' by the City Engineer. <br /> 3 . The street grade on any street shall not be less than <br /> 0 . 3€ . <br /> j, <br /> 4 . Landscaping shall be provided including an automatic { <br /> irrigation system as approved by the City Engineer. <br /> 5 . Street lighting shall be provided in accordance with <br /> City Standards and Plans approved by the City Engineer. <br /> B. Storm Drainage <br /> 1. Storm drainage improvements shall conform to the <br /> policies adopted by authority of Ordinance No. .559 C.S. <br /> (T.M.C.. 10-3 .511) and Resolution No. 89-491. <br /> C. Grading <br /> 1. A Grading Permit', shall require a grading plan prepared <br /> by a Registered ;Civil Engineer. Soils engineering and <br /> engineering geology report as required by City -ngineer <br /> shall be submitted with the Grading Permit. <br /> 2. All grading .shall require a Grading Permit approved by <br /> the City Engineer in accordance with Chapter '70 of the <br /> Uniform Bu_ldingCode and the Tracy Municipal Code. <br /> I <br />
