Water systerr facilities shall be designed to meet the requirements of the City's Master Water Plan and the fire flow requirements of the Fire Department. All .requirements including the installation of approved backflow prevention devices , shall be guaranteed prior to recordation of the Parcel Map. E . Sanitary Sewer System. 1 . Plans for sanitary sewer facilities shall be designed to meet the requirements of the City' s Laster Sewer Plan. All requirements shall be ' guaranteed prior to recordation of the Parcel Map. F. Improvement Plans and' Bonds 1 . Complete improvement plans , specifications and calculations sha11 be submitted to and approved by the City Engineer far all public improvements within the proposed Subdivision prior to recordation of the Parcel Map, and shall be on City furnished mylars obtainable I. at the City Engineering Division. 2 . Prior to recordation of the Parcel Map, the developer shall enter into an agreement with the City in accordance with :the provisions of Section 10-3 . 604 of the Municipal Code, to guarantee construction of improvements . 3. All required Faithful Performance Bonds and Labor and Materials Bonds :each in penal amount equal to 100% of the approved estimates of construction costs of improvements shall be submitted to and approved by City and/or agency having jurisdiction prior to recordation of the Parcel Map. G. Fees and Deposit I. All fees and dl vosits recauired by the Ci-v and/cr agency having jurisdiction over improvements within the proposed Subdivision shall be paid prior to recordatior of the Parcel Map. H. M: sceilaneous I . Underground services shall be installed at the Subdivider's ext>ense in the locations prescribe= by the Pacific Gas & Electric Company, Pacific Bell Telephone Company and G. E. Cablevision and approved by the City Engineer.
