Water systerr facilities shall be designed to meet the <br /> requirements of the City's Master Water Plan and the <br /> fire flow requirements of the Fire Department. All <br /> .requirements including the installation of approved <br /> backflow prevention devices , shall be guaranteed prior <br /> to recordation of the Parcel Map. <br /> E . Sanitary Sewer System. <br /> 1 . Plans for sanitary sewer facilities shall be designed <br /> to meet the requirements of the City' s Laster Sewer <br /> Plan. All requirements shall be ' guaranteed prior to <br /> recordation of the Parcel Map. <br /> F. Improvement Plans and' Bonds <br /> 1 . Complete improvement plans , specifications and <br /> calculations sha11 be submitted to and approved by the <br /> City Engineer far all public improvements within the <br /> proposed Subdivision prior to recordation of the Parcel <br /> Map, and shall be on City furnished mylars obtainable I. <br /> at the City Engineering Division. <br /> 2 . Prior to recordation of the Parcel Map, the developer <br /> shall enter into an agreement with the City in <br /> accordance with :the provisions of Section 10-3 . 604 of <br /> the Municipal Code, to guarantee construction of <br /> improvements . <br /> 3. All required Faithful Performance Bonds and Labor and <br /> Materials Bonds :each in penal amount equal to 100% of <br /> the approved estimates of construction costs of <br /> improvements shall be submitted to and approved by City <br /> and/or agency having jurisdiction prior to recordation <br /> of the Parcel Map. <br /> G. Fees and Deposit <br /> I. All fees and dl vosits recauired by the Ci-v and/cr <br /> agency having jurisdiction over improvements within the <br /> proposed Subdivision shall be paid prior to recordatior <br /> of the Parcel Map. <br /> H. M: sceilaneous <br /> I . Underground services shall be installed at the <br /> Subdivider's ext>ense in the locations prescribe= by the <br /> Pacific Gas & Electric Company, Pacific Bell Telephone <br /> Company and G. E. Cablevision and approved by the City <br /> Engineer. <br />
