CALIFORNIA REGIONAL WATER QUALITY CONTROL BOARD <br /> CENTRAL VALLEY REGION <br /> MONITORING AND REPORTING PROGRAM NO. 96-814 <br /> CHEVRON PIPELINE COMPANY <br /> CORRAL HOLLOW AND GRANT LINE ROAD <br /> TRACY, SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY COUNTY <br /> Petroleum hydrocarbons contaminate the soil and groundwater at the Chevron Pipeline leak site <br /> near the comer of Corral Hollow and Grant Line Roads in Tracy. The,extent of the <br /> contamination is fairly well defined. Prior to construction, plans and specifications for ground <br /> water monitoring and/or extraction wells shall be submitted to Board staff for review and <br /> approval. After construction, new wells are to be sampled and analyzed for the constituents <br /> below and.added to.the.monitoring.program. <br /> GROUNDWATER MONITORING <br /> There are 11 ground water monitoring wells at the site as shown in Figure 1. Monitoring wells <br /> with free phase petroleum product or visible sheen shall be monitored for product thickness and <br /> depth to ground water only.
