CONCLUSIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS
I ' Based on findings of this investigation, AGE concludes
' • Soil is impacted by petroleum hydrocarbons with the exception of the southern most portion
of the site The highest concentrations of petroleum hydrocarbon-impacted soil resides in the
central western portion of the site, in the area of boring B-4 Petroleum
' hydrocarbon-impacted soil was not encountered in the saturated zone at a depth of 15 feet
bsg
' • Ground water is impacted by petroleum hydrocarbons with the exception of the southeast
portion of the site The highest concentrations of petroleum hydrocarbon-impacted ground
water resides in the central western portion of the site, in the area of boring B-4
' • The lateral extent of adsorbed petroleum hydrocarbon-impacted soil has not been defined to
the north, east, and west of the site
' • The lateral and vertical extent of dissolved petroleum hydrocarbon-impacted ground water
has not been defined
' Petroleum hydrocarbon contamination may be the result of an unauthorized release associated with
the removal of four USTs in 1994 on the adjacent site at 575 West Grantlme Road There are
currently four ground water monitoring wells located at 575 West Granthne Road Monitoring and
sampling of the well network has been ongoing since May 1995 to the present The most previous
Advanced GeoEnv&onmentai,Inc
