Costco is seeking a Site Approval Permit to allow an approximately +/- 7-acres of the <br /> property to be used for the storage and parking of truck trailers and/or trailers with <br /> containers attached. The remainder of the site will remain undeveloped. <br /> 2. To facilitate this proposed trailer parking and storage use, the existing residence and all <br /> existing structures, construction materials and debris will be demolished and removed <br /> together with all other items currently stored on the site.
