Tracy Vcpot Trailer Storage Facility <br /> Project Description <br /> Page 3 <br /> Lighting and Security <br /> 1. The site will be entirely fenced with a 6-foot high chain link fence with razor wire security <br /> along the perimeter of the trailer parking area only. <br /> 2. Access to the site will be from Hansen Road at a secured un-manned access card reader <br /> security gate access driveway. <br /> 3. Two 30-foot wide security gates will be provided for entry and exit from the proposed trailer <br /> parking facility. <br /> 4. There will be security lighting illuminated with standard downward pointing lights. <br /> Landscaping <br /> 1. A 30-foot landscaped setback will be provided between Hansen Road and the proposed <br /> trailer parking along with landscaping at the south and west sides of the proposed project. <br /> The landscape plan will include a mix of trees and screen shrubs appropriate for the climate <br /> in Tracy. <br /> 2. The plate palette consists of low water use shrubs and trees that are climate adapted to <br /> Tracy. <br /> 3. An automatic landscape irrigation system will be provided. <br /> Utilities <br /> 1. A septic sewer leach field will be located south of the restroom and would provide the <br /> necessary treatment of effluent from the restroom per County standards. <br /> 2. The existing well located on-site will provide for the necessary potable water source to <br /> serve both the new restroom facility and irrigation for the new landscape. <br /> 3. A 6-foot deep retention pond with a 6-foot high chain link fence will be installed to provide <br /> for the onsite retention and treatment of storm water so that storm drainage pipes and <br /> structures would not be required. The whole site will drain towards the north eastern corner <br /> of the site and gets discharged through a 36"x36" catch basin, 18" storm drain pipe towards <br /> the retention basin.
