Orange Avenue) property consists of an orchard. The adjoining <br /> eastern and western properties (28442 E. Lemon Avenue, 28536 E. Lemon Avenue and 28584 <br /> E. Lemon Avenue) consists of residential buildings and vacant land. A detailed vicinity and <br /> topographic map is included in Appendix A (Exhibit 1). <br /> 1.1.4 Site Map <br /> A detailed site diagram map is included in Appendix A (Exhibit 2). <br /> 1.2 Present and Past Uses of the Site <br /> 1.2.1 Past and Present Site Use <br /> Terracon reviewed the USGS Historical Topographic Map Explorer, Thalheim (1915) and <br /> Farmington (1942) California Quadrangle topographic maps, four historical aerial photographs <br /> dated 1937, 1952, 1963, and 1975 provided by the San Joaquin County Surveyors Office, and <br /> GoogleEarthTm aerial photographs dated between 1993 and 2016 to establish a history for the <br /> site.
