Respondent owns and operates United Pipe & Steel Corp . , a pipe distribution <br /> 18 business , at 2388 Miner Ave , Stockton CA 95205 (the " Site ") . <br /> 19 2 . The CUPA inspected the Site on October 10 , 2018 . <br /> 20 3 . The CUPA alleges the following violations of Chapters 6 . 5 and 6 . 67 of the <br /> 21 California Health and Safety Code (" HSC <br /> 22 a . HSC 25505 ( a ) ( 1 ) Respondent failed to complete and /or submit <br /> 23 hazardous materials inventory for all reportable materials on site <br /> 24 b . HSC 25505 (a ) (2 ) Respondent failed to complete and/or submit a site <br /> 25 map with all required content <br /> 26 c . HSC 25505 ( a ) (4 ) Respondent failed to provide or document initial and/or <br /> i' 27 refresher training to appropriate personnel <br /> I <br /> 28 4 .
