I <br /> F <br /> PHS/EHD requires that a workplan to define the lateral and vertical extent of the soil and <br /> groundwater contamination be submitted within thirty days of the date of this letter. <br /> Quarterly sampling of the monitoring wells shall be initiated and continued until the site has <br /> attained closure. PHS/EHD shall be present for monitoring well sampling.
