Rainfall shall be based on the 100-year <br /> return period total annual precipitation. <br /> 12. Describe management provisions that will be implemented to prevent the occurrence of flies, <br /> mosquitoes, and odor nuisances and problems such as pond or storage tank overflows <br /> (maintenance plans, standby pumps or generators, and contingency plans, etc.). <br /> 13. Describe the storage and disposal of all solid wastes generated in the processing. Include a <br /> description of operation and maintenance procedures that prevent odor complaints, fly breeding, <br /> or other nuisance condition. <br /> 14. For land_*4 of wastewater,present loading rates for BOD (in lbs/acre/day),total nitrogen <br /> dissolved solids (in lbs/acre/year). Provide a description of the disposal <br /> area and the disposal technique including a conceptual wastewater application plan. State the <br /> number of acres of land used for disposal and crops planned for application areas (show locations <br /> of land on map). Describe harvesting and crop disposal procedures. Describe the mixing ratio of <br /> wastewater and supplemental irrigation water prior to application, and describe the tailwater <br /> control and return system. <br /> 15. Provide information concerning soil quality in the disposal area, including pH, electrical <br /> conductivity, cation exchange capacity, and sodium adsorption ratio. <br /> 16. Provide information sufficient to determine whether this discharge of wastewater will adversely <br /> impact underlying groundwater. <br /> 17. Before the Board can adopt WDRs for this discharge, the requirements of the California <br /> Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) must be complied with. Will the County adopt a CEQA <br /> document for this facility? If yes, give an anticipated date of adoption. If no, the Discharger will <br /> be responsible for hiring a consultant to complete all the CEQA documents. If this is the case, <br /> the name of the consultant and the anticipated schedule for document completion shall be <br /> submitted. <br />
