The following items, as required by the RWQCB order, are <br /> addressed in the report. <br /> 1. Water Quality Protection Standard (WQPS) - As required by California Code <br /> of Regulations, Title 23, Chapter 15, Article 5, the WQPS includes <br /> identification of constituents of concern, their concentration limits, points of <br /> compliance, and all other monitoring points. <br /> 2.
