ENVIRONMrNTAL HEALTH <br /> PERMIT/SERVICES <br /> October 22, 1992 <br /> File No. 92-7-093 <br /> Mr. William Croyle <br /> Regional Water Quality Control Board <br /> Central Valley Region <br /> 3443 Routier Road, Suite A <br /> Sacramento, CA 95827-3098 <br /> SUBJECT: CORRECTIVE ACTION PROGRAM REPORT <br /> SMS BRINERS <br /> Dear Mr. Croyle: <br /> On behalf of SMS Briners, and in response to the Regional Water Quality Control Board's <br /> (RWQCB) Waste Discharge Requirements (WDR Order No. 92-053) for the facility, <br /> Luhdorff and Scalmanini, Consulting Engineers (LSCE) have prepared the enclosed <br /> Corrective Action Program. The following items, as required by the RWQCB order, are <br /> addressed in the report. <br /> 1. Water Quality Protection Standard (WQPS) - As required by California Code <br /> of Regulations, Title 23, Chapter 15, Article 5, the WQPS includes <br /> identification of constituents of concern, their concentration limits, points of <br /> compliance, and all other monitoring points. <br /> 2.
