The following list summarizes the items <br /> changed in the May 2004 tentative WDRs based on the agreements made at the 1 July 2004 meeting: <br /> ■ In Section E.2. of the WDRs the closure plan for the surface impoundment due date was <br /> changed to 31 January 2005. <br /> ■ The WDRs require in E.2.c.iii. a stormwater response plan that would be implemented, if <br /> significant storm(s) event occurs, as described in `Rain Water within the Surface <br /> Impoundments' section of the Monitoring and Reporting Program (MRP). <br /> ■ In the WDRs Section E.2.c.i. was changed to state that solid waste in the surface <br /> impoundments be isolated from rainfall and ponded water. <br /> The following are significant changes from previous WDRs Order#92-053: <br /> • The Dischargers name change,pursuant to Section 21710(c)(1) of Title 27; <br /> ■ A detailed assessment of the vertical and horizontal extent of the release from the unit to be <br /> submitted no later than 8 October 2004; <br /> ■ The removal of all remaining liquid form the surface impoundments and isolation of the <br /> settled solid wastes from rainfall and ponded water no later than 15 October 2004; <br /> ■ By 15 October 2004, the Discharger shall submit a stormwater response plan,which <br /> identify's all measures necessary to maintain no more than six-inches of liquid within the <br /> surface impoundment; <br /> • All mandated corrective action measures and monitoring program shall be operational by 15 <br /> December 2004; and <br /> California Environmental Protection Agency <br /> ea Recycled Paper <br />
