The corrective action plan will <br /> include recommendations in consideration of the Closure Plan that is due January 31, 2005. This <br /> plan will also include the analyses performed to assess the location and planned operation of one <br /> or more extraction wells that would be constructed to remove and beneficially use, shallow <br /> ground water affected by the ponds and also control the migration of saline shallow ground <br /> water. <br /> Schedule <br /> The CPT contractor is available to proceed by October 13th,pending the required approvals and <br /> obtaining the necessary County drilling permits.
