r
rREPORT OF FINDINGS
MOUNTAIN HOUSE STORM WATER DETENTION BASIN
rGROUNDWATER INVESTIGATION
r 19300 West Grant Line Road
Mountain House, California
October 7, 2005
r
' 1.0 INTRODUCTION
rThis Report of Findings (ROF) is a summary of groundwater investigation activities conducted at
the proposed storm water detention basin located near 19300 West Grant Line Road in Mountain
House, California(Figure 1). The work was conducted for the PCCP Mountain House, LLC.
This ROF describes the field activities conducted to support the groundwater investigation, results
rof these field activities, and presents conclusions based on the results.
r
2.0 PURPOSE AND SCOPE
rThe purpose of the investigation was to obtain groundwater parameter monitoring data to support
r the design of the proposed storm water detention basin. The data required to support the basin
design includes groundwater elevations, gradients, flow direction, and laboratory analytical data.
rThe following activities were conducted as part of the groundwater investigation:
• Obtaining a well permit from the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department
• Drilling three borings to a depth of approximately 30 feet below ground surface (bgs)
• Drilling one boring to a depth of approximately 60 feet bgs
r • Constructing a monitoring well in each of the four borings
• Developing each monitoring well
• Measuring groundwater elevations in each well
• Collecting a groundwater sample from each well for analysis of general minerals and
boron content by a California-certified laboratory
r
r
INK
WALLACE•KUHL
rzecy.:c•:r p,,: Er ASSOCIATES INC.
