r � � <br /> rREPORT OF FINDINGS <br /> MOUNTAIN HOUSE STORM WATER DETENTION BASIN <br /> rGROUNDWATER INVESTIGATION <br /> r 19300 West Grant Line Road <br /> Mountain House, California <br /> October 7, 2005 <br /> r <br /> ' 1.0 INTRODUCTION <br /> rThis Report of Findings (ROF) is a summary of groundwater investigation activities conducted at <br /> the proposed storm water detention basin located near 19300 West Grant Line Road in Mountain <br /> House, California(Figure 1). The work was conducted for the PCCP Mountain House, LLC. <br /> This ROF describes the field activities conducted to support the groundwater investigation, results <br /> rof these field activities, and presents conclusions based on the results. <br /> r <br /> 2.0 PURPOSE AND SCOPE <br /> rThe purpose of the investigation was to obtain groundwater parameter monitoring data to support <br /> r the design of the proposed storm water detention basin. The data required to support the basin <br /> design includes groundwater elevations, gradients, flow direction, and laboratory analytical data. <br /> rThe following activities were conducted as part of the groundwater investigation: <br /> • Obtaining a well permit from the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department <br /> • Drilling three borings to a depth of approximately 30 feet below ground surface (bgs) <br /> • Drilling one boring to a depth of approximately 60 feet bgs <br /> r • Constructing a monitoring well in each of the four borings <br /> • Developing each monitoring well <br /> • Measuring groundwater elevations in each well <br /> • Collecting a groundwater sample from each well for analysis of general minerals and <br /> boron content by a California-certified laboratory <br /> r <br /> r <br /> INK <br /> WALLACE•KUHL <br /> rzecy.:c•:r p,,�: Er ASSOCIATES INC. <br />
