1 � � <br /> rMountain House Storm Water Detention Basin Page 2 <br /> WKA No. 6504.05 <br /> rOctober 7, 2005 <br /> r3.0 SITE DESCRIPTION <br /> The site of the proposed storm water detention basin lies within a predominately agricultural area <br /> south of Grant Line Road (Figure 1 and Figure 2). The site is bounded to the west and south by <br /> ' Canal 120,to the north by West Grant Line Road, and to the east by undeveloped farmland. The <br /> site is located on the westernmost portion of Mr. Eli Muela's properties and has San Joaquin <br /> County Assessor's Parcel Number 209-060-031 (Figure 3). <br /> ' The site was mapped as undeveloped land on a 1914 US Geological Survey (USGS)topographic <br /> r map, with only an unnamed improved road to the north (currently West Grant Line Road). The <br /> 1978 USGS topographic map shows the addition of Canal 120 to the west and south boundaries, <br /> as well as residences to the west of the property. The site has recently been leased as farmland <br /> ' property to a tenant farmer. <br /> r4.0 FIELD ACTIVITIES <br /> ' Prior to implementing the field activities discussed herein, a well permit application package was <br /> r submitted to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department for review. The <br /> package included the following: <br /> r • Two Well Permit Applications (one for the Muela Property, one for the Tuso Property), <br /> • Licensed Contractors Declaration, <br /> • Master File Record, <br /> • Groundwater Monitoring Well Installation Workplan, and <br /> • Site Safety Plan. <br /> The well permit was obtained September 12, 2005.
