Grantline Road Tracy, CA <br /> Dear Mr. Cardoza: <br /> This report presents our investigation for monitoring <br /> groundwater in accordance with our proposal dated April 15, 1985, <br /> for the referenced site. The purpose of the investigation was to <br /> make an assessment of the vertical extent of possible <br /> contamination of soil and groundwater beneath the subDect site due <br /> to gasoline spill. The work performed consisted of the <br /> following: <br /> I. Coordination with the regulatory agencies for <br /> installation of the wells. <br /> • 2. Drilling and groundwater well installation. <br /> 3. Groundwater purging/sampling. <br /> 4. Laboratory analysis. <br /> 5. Data analysis, interpretation and report preparation. <br /> FIELD INVESTIGATION PROCEDUPES <br /> one 2-inch monitoring well was installed on the site on June <br /> 10, 1986 which was designated as MW-1. The well was drilled and <br /> completed an accordance with the guidelines of the California <br /> Regional Water Quality Control Board. <br /> A description of the subsurface materials penetrated and <br /> details of the constLuction of the wells are contained on the <br /> accompanying Explozatory Boring Logs. <br /> i <br />
