Box 388
Stockton, CA 95201
Subject. Work Pian Addendum - Modifications
Grant Line Gas and Food
2420 Grant Line Road, Tracy, California
Dear Ms. Meays:
In accordance with the request of Mr. Joe Toste of Grant Line Gas and Food, Advanced
GeoEnvironemntal, Inc. (AGE) prepared an approved Work Plan Addendum for the drilling and
installation of an additional monitoring wells at 2420 Grant Line Road in Tracy, California (the site).
In light of the destruction of monitoring well 94, now on the outside edge of the site, the installation
of a new well casing and well pack will be required to maintain this crucial monitoring point. As
indicted in the Quarterly Report date July 1995, hydrocarbon impacted ground water was
encountered in the well. Hydrocarbons were discovered in the form of"free product".
During this phase of the site investigation, the monitoring well installation at the site, we propose the
overdrilling and re-establishment of monitoring well 44, along with the installation of the two other
monitoring wells proposed. Otherwise, the destroyed monitoring well should be abandoned by over
drilling and grouting the boring to the surface
If you have any questions or comments, please contact our office at (209) 956-0264.
Sincerely,
Advanced GeoEnvironmental, Inc.
_ r
t
William Little
Staff Geologist
Enclosures
cc: Mr. Joe Toste - Grant Line Gas and Food
I ( :Nl:uth L.;mc,5tiilc A.
