PHS/EHD is providing you notification that <br /> an "Underground Storage Tank Unauthorized Release <br /> (Leak) /Contaminated Site Report's has been filed pursuant to <br /> Section 25295 of the Health and Safety Code. <br /> You should consult legal counsel as to your responsibility <br /> relative to the cleanup of the contamination. <br /> Should you wish to mitigate the contamination documented at your <br /> facility, San Joaquin County PHS/EHD has been designated by the <br /> State of California Water Resources Control Board as the local <br /> agency overseeing the investigation of leaking underground <br /> storage tanks.
