Soil cuttings will remain onsite <br /> until soil samples have been analyzed and the appropriate <br /> disposal arrangements have been made. <br /> Task C: Analyze Soil Samples <br /> All laboratory analyses of soil samples will be performed by <br /> a California-certified analytical laboratory, using standard <br /> test methods of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency <br /> (EPA) and the California Department of Health Services (DHS ) . <br /> Superior Analytical Laboratory of Martinez, California will <br /> analyze all soil samples. <br /> Selecte soil samples collected from the vicinity of the <br /> un a ound fuel tanks and product lines will be analyzed for <br /> the following constituents: <br /> o Total petroleum hydrocarbons as gasoline (TPH-G) <br /> using EPA Methods 5030/8015 <br /> o Benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene, and total xylene <br /> (BTEX) constituents using EPA Methods 5030/8020 <br /> o Organic lead, using Luft Manual Method <br /> Task D: Analyze Data and Prepare Report <br /> The results and findings of the field activities and sample <br /> analysis will be presented in a technical report which will <br /> be sent to all appropriate regulatory bodies . <br /> 3 .0 SITE SAFETY PLAN <br /> All field procedures and activities related to the conduct of <br /> the preliminary soil investigation work will be in accordance <br /> with the site specific safety plan to be developed for the <br /> project. The site safety plan will be developed in <br /> compliance with applicable requirements of the California <br /> Department of Health Services and the Federal And State <br /> Occupational Safety and Health Administration.
