A Subsurface Investigation Report' was submitted y <br /> to support the request to close the file for this case. <br /> I noted that the underground storage tanks were removed earlier this year, and a finding <br /> for"case closure" and"no further action"was requested based on the soil sampling data <br /> obtained at the time. I understand that the Regional Board, Tosco, and your department <br /> have been working together to resolve the disposition of this matter, and that the matter <br /> may be closed in the near future. <br /> I would appreciate a response to BP's 28 April 1995 case closure request in the near <br /> future.
