Aerial photographs from prior to 1994 were not <br /> ' readily accessible for review. <br /> The general type of activity and land use can often be discerned from the type and layout of structures visible <br /> ' in an aerial photograph;however,specific elements of a site operation cannot normally be determined from the <br /> photographs. Aerial photographs were not of sufficient quality to include in this report. Using the reviewed <br /> photographic records, SECOR was able to infer the following uses of the Site: <br /> ' Aerial Photograph Summary <br /> ;a zu.;: a ^� :x� °a, F., 'N ' 'r:c>r, '` ,,g�,r•sa.SiK,?rs.a'D't P ".;k�..qua H'T .s:zr '...'Y ". <br /> .,� �.._ <br /> 1994 The Site and adjacent properties appear to be commercial development with agricultural <br /> ' Iand south of the complex containing the Site. <br /> 1998 The Site remains unchanged. <br /> 2000 The Site remains unchanged. <br /> 6.3 SANBORN FIRE INSURANCE MAPS <br /> rA search for available Sanborn Fire Insurance maps for the Site and vicinity was completed via on-line <br /> resources of the Multnomah County, Oregon public library(vrtk-w.mtiltcolib.org/-ref/ii-iaps). <br /> tNo Sanborn maps for the Site area were available for review. <br /> 6.4 ADDITIONAL RECORD SOURCES <br /> ' No other additional record sources were reviewed. <br /> 6.5 PREVIOUS ENVIRONMENTAL REPORTS <br /> ' Goodyear provided SECOR with a Site document reporting a Preliminary Geotechnical Engineering <br /> Investigation conducted on the area south and west of the Site prior to construction of the shopping complex <br /> that currently contains the Site building.
