The proposed corrective action is required to go through a public participation <br /> period. This 30 day period will allow for comments from the public that may have <br /> concerns. The public participation will begin on March 9, 2011. If EHD has not <br /> received any negative comments from the public by April 28, 2011, the CAP can <br /> be implemented. <br /> Please contact the CVRWQCB as soon as possible to determine if a Report of Waste <br /> Discharge is required and provide your findings to EHD.
