'4 <br /> 3.0 <br /> PROJECT ORGANIZATION AND-RESPONSIBILITIES <br /> CWCFS anticipates that a relatively small team will be required to perform the required activities <br /> r under the work assignment. Responsibilities are as follows: <br /> WCFS Project Manager, <br /> Harry P. Butler Implement necessary action to accomplish program and project objectives. <br /> COversee project performance to ensure contract and program compliance. <br /> WCFS Task Manager, <br /> Michael Sartor Manage project performance and provide technical expertise to accomplish <br /> objectives. Ensure that project tasks are successfully completed within the <br /> projected time periods. <br /> WCFS Health and Safety Officer, <br /> Janice Ruggles Provide technical assistance as required to ensure worker safety and <br /> resolve on-site health and safety issues requiring corrective action. <br /> Review and approve Health.and Safety Plan. <br /> WCFS Field Team Leader, <br /> William Loskutoff Conduct field operations in accordance with approved work plan. Ensure <br /> that all protocols (including chain-of-custody, sample collection And <br /> labeling, sample storage and shipping,instrument calibration) are followed <br /> as required. Recognize and implement necessary corrective actions. <br /> Document field operations. Ensure that QC guidelines are followed to <br /> avoid any compromise of sample integrity. Ensure that health and safety <br /> r procedures are`followed to avoid risk to sampling personnel. <br /> L� <br /> WCFS Project Chemist, <br /> C. Scott Goulart Provide technical assistance to accomplish project objectives, including <br /> suggestions for correcfive action. Perform validation of data generated by <br /> off-site laboratory. <br />
