'The monitoring wells have been sampled quarterly since October <br /> 1997, <br /> A Work Plan for:further groundwater-assessment was submitted in April 1999. <br /> SUMMARY OF THISQUARTER'S ACTIVITIES: I' <br /> Doulos Environmental..conducted-ground water monitoring on June'2, 1999. Groundwater <br /> samples were collected from the five existing monitoring wells, one air-sparge well, and-three <br /> vapor extraction wells. <br /> An encroachment permit application was submitted to the City of Stockton for a proposed <br /> monitoring well- A bond was also issued for the well.
