(Horizon) is forwarding the enclosed copies of <br /> the City of Stockton Encroachment Permits for the installation of offsite groundwater f <br /> monitoring wells at the above-referenced sites. At the request of Ultramar Inc. (Ultramar), <br /> Horizon previously submitted Well Construction Applications (and attachments) to the San <br /> Joaquin. County Public Health Services - Environmental Health Division (SJCPHS-EHD) for <br /> each of these sites. <br /> Copies of the City of Stockton Revocable Permit No. 99-13 (for Beacon No. 4_74)-and <br /> Permit No. 99-14 (for Beacon No. 64.1) were included with the Well Construction <br /> Applications.
