The EHD <br /> representative must be onsite and observe all inspections of the tank system made by a <br /> special inspector. Specific requirements of the inspection will be outlined by the EHD <br /> depending on the type and age of the tank to be upgraded. (CCR title 23 section 2660 <br /> (K)) <br /> Tanks that are single wall fiberglass, steel, or steel clad must have a site assessment prior <br /> F to approval of plan for upgrading. (CCR.title 23 section 2660 (1)) Assessments are <br />' made after application to the EHD Site Mitigation Unit. You may contact Margaret <br /> Lagorio, Supervising RENS at 209-46.8 3449 for further information on applications for <br /> Isite assessments. <br /> If the site is found to be contaminated,no further action will be permitted until a cleanup <br /> plan is approved..
