Once we receive the encroachment permit for MW-6 and MW-11 we will forward to you.. Since we <br /> could not get an encroachment permit for MW-7, will this require two separate well permits—one for MW7 <br /> and one for MW-6 and MW-11? Or could we have a condition in the existing well permit that work cannot <br /> start at MW-7 till encroachment permit is received? <br /> The well destruction activities will start on Monday December 5,2011 for the on-site wells; please let us <br /> know how we couldg help you expedite the well permit for the on-site wells.
