Missing were the access agreement to remove the one well at <br /> parcel number 08240001 and the encroachment permit issued by the City of Stockton for wells MW-6, MW-7 and <br /> MW-11 located in the City right-of-way. <br /> I can not issue the permits to destroy MW-10, and wells in the city right-of-way until I receive the access <br /> agreement and encroachment permit.. Once I receive these documents, I will issue the two permits.- <br /> The permit application to destroy wells at parcel number 082320.10 indicates that you plan to over-bore MW-9 and <br /> pressure grout the remaining wells. As stated in a letter dated 10 November 2011, the San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Department only approves the pressure grouting of off-site wells MW-6, MW-10, and MW- <br /> 11, and onsite well OS-5. The remaining on-and off=site wells (MW-1 R, MW-2R, MW-3 through MW-5,MW-7 <br /> through MW-9, MW-13, OS-1 through OS-4 and OS-6 through OS-10 must be over-drilled.
