Missing were the access agreement to <br /> remove the one well at parcel number 08240001 and the encroachment p'ermif issued.by.the City of <br /> Stockton for.wells MW-6, MW-7 and MW-11 located in the City right-of-way. <br /> I can not issue the permits to destroy MW-10, and wells in the city right-of-way until I receive the access <br /> agreement and encroachment permit. Once I receive these documents,:l will issue the two permits. i! <br /> The permit application to destroy wells at parcel number 68232010 indicates that you plan to over-bore <br /> MW-9 and pressure grout the remaining wells. As stated.in a letter dated 10 November 2011, the San <br /> Joaquin County Environmental Health Department.only approves the pressure grouting of off-site wells <br /> MW-6, MW-10, and MW-11, and onsite well OS-5.:The remaining on-and off-.site wells (MW-1 R, MW-2R, <br /> MW-3 through MW-5, MW-7 through MW-9, MW-13, VW-1,-OS-1 through OS-4 and OS-6 through OS-10 <br /> must be over-drilled.
