Hammer Lane, Stockton, CA Attachments: MFR.pdf; 2011 Well & Boring Permit Application.pdf Brian: Today I received permit applications to destroy 23 wells associated with 76 Service Station No. 11193 located at 3202 West Hammer Lane in Stockton, California. Missing were the access agreement to remove the one well at parcel number 08240001 and the encroachment permit issued by the City of Stockton for wells MW-6, MW-7 and l MW-11 located in the City right-of-way. can not issue the permits to destroy MW-10, and wells in the city right-of-way until I receive the access i agreement and encroachment permit. Once I receive these documents, I will issue the two permits. The permit application to destroy wells at parcel number 08232010 indicates that you plan to over-bore MW-9 and pressure grout the remaining wells. As stated in a letter dated 10 November 2011, the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department only approves the pressure grouting of offsite wells MW-6; MWA 0, and MW- 11, and onsite well OS-5. The remaining on- and off-site wells (MW-1 R, MW-2R, MW-3 through MW-5, MW-7 through MW-9, MW-13, VW-1, OS-1 through 08-4 and OS-6 through OS-10 must be-over-drilled. Please resubmit the permit application for parcel number 08232010 after revising the comment section to indicate that only OS-5 will be pressure grouted and the remaining wells will be over-bored. have appended the most current MFR.and permit application forms for your future use.
