Wendt Construction was responsible for all construction activities associated with the product line replacement, including permitting, product line removal and disposal of construction debris and excavated soil. The purpose of this report is to notify the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (SJCPHS/EHD) of activities performed in association with the removal of the product dispenser island, underground product piping, and obviously impacted soil at the site referenced above. SITE BACKGROUND The site is located on West Hammer Lane east of Interstate 5 in Stockton, California. The site is a privately owned, Arco-branded service station that has retailed gasoline fuel for approximately 14 years. The site facilities include a station building, three 12,000-gallon capacity gasoline underground storage tanks (USTs) and associated product lines and dispensers. Depth to groundwater was measured on the adjacent 76 Station property at approximately 13:5 feet below ground surface (bgs).
